I hear you Jaime! Make a Chocolate Vitashake and pretend it's a Double Chocolate Milkshake, it really helps me when I'm craving something sweet.
ummmm, make sure you check the WW point on humans! haha Get yourself a runner as well - they are nice and lean! :D
Oh Gawd! I'm gonna be right there with you in 2 more days... right now I'm in the final throwes of eating everything in my house that isn't nailed down! (which I guess will make it easier in a couple of days when my kitchen is an empty shell). Best of luck with your anger management! =)
Nobody said DIETING is easy. It does get better. It's taken me almost year to loose 25lbs. I dont always stick to it but I try my best. Hang in there.

I totally know what you are going through...just think...in my insanity not only did I recently decide to eat better and start running again but I also am trying to give up coffee too all at the same time...Whatever was I thinking??? Yeah...to say I have been a tad cranky is probably the understatement of the century!! lol
